We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)—we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

The W Spa has a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

Token

In order to book a service at The W Spa, we require a credit card on file, or a “token”. Your token remains on file and is able to be edited by signing up on our website. The “token” is encrypted and The W Spa has no way of reading your credit card information. The services rendered “day of appointment” are charged using the “token”. In the event you fail to show for your appointment, your token is used to pay for 50% of your service you booked, so your service provider is paid for the time you scheduled. In the event that you do not have a credit card on file to book your appointment, you are able to purchase a gift certificate in the amount of the service which is used as a deposit.

Late Guest Policy

We understand life happens. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to scheduled appointment, please call us. We try our best to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guests scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day. Please notify us in advance if you are going to be running late for us to make reasonable accommodations.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service prior to your appointment and you will receive an email if we have your information on file. We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

Text/Emails

As a courtesy, The W Spa sends out emails and text messages, which you are able to confirm. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

REFUND POLICY

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Expires in 5 Year, No Cash Value, NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.

DEPOSITS ON SERVICES: Expires in 5 Year, No Cash Value, NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.

PRE PAID SERVICES: Expires in 5 Year, No Cash Value, NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash. Can be redeemed for a gift certificate which will expire in 5 years.

SERVICES: The W Spa does not refund services, but if for any reason your are unhappy, we will provide you with the same, or similar service to help leave you feeling satisfied about your experience at The W Spa.

PRODUCTS: We will issue a full refund on products returned and unused within 7 days of purchase.

If more than 10% has been used, no refund.

If less than 10% of the product is used, we can offer options A & B: 

Option A: Products sold 0-30 days: The W Spa will offer cash back, or a refund to a credit card, on the slightly used product.

Option B: Products sold 31-60 days: The W Spa will offer a gift card credit on slightly used product

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER. Cash and Checks are also accepted.
