Spa Etiquette

  • Please be prompt. Arriving 10 minutes or later past your appointment time may require that we reschedule your appointment.

  • Please silence your cell phones and devices so that we can all enjoy a quiet and relaxing Spa environment. If you must be on your phone, please bring headphones so that we can all enjoy a quiet and relaxing Spa environment.

  • Please use soft voices down the hallway and throughout the Spa.

  • Cancellations require a 48-hour notice minimum.

Refunding

  • Packages and prepaid services are nonrefundable. A store credit will be given to you to use towards other services.

  • Products purchased may be returned for a cash refund if you experienced an adverse effect within 1 week. We do not offer refunds if more than 15% of the product has been used.

Deposits, Online Booking

  • Services require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Nothing is charged at the time of booking. In the event you do Not Show to your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment.

    Gift Certificates

  • have no cash value.

  • are non-refundable.

  • cannot be used for retail purchases or gratuity. services only.

  • expire after 9 years per NYS law.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Memberships are non-refundable. It is the Client’s responsibility to cancel by calling us at, 716.741.2201 or e-mailing, appointments@thewspa.com. Memberships are on a monthly reoccurring payment plan. Client’s who sign up for a membership are able to apply unused credits towards other services if they’d like. Unused credits are not valid towards retail, gift certificates or gratuity.
