Spa Etiquette

• Please be prompt. Arriving 10 minutes or later past your appointment time may require that we reschedule your appointment.

• Please silence your cell phones and devices so that we can all enjoy a quiet and relaxing Spa environment. If you must be on your phone, please bring headphones so that we can all enjoy a quiet and relaxing Spa environment.

• Cancellations require a 48-hour notice minimum.

Refunding

• Packages and prepaid services are nonrefundable. They can be redeemed to use towards gift certificates for any other services we may offer.

• Products purchased may be returned for a cash refund if you experienced an adverse effect within 1 week. We do not offer refunds if more than 15% of the product has been used.

Deposits, Online Booking

• Services require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Nothing is charged at the time of booking. In the event you do Not Show to your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
  

  Gift Certificates

  • have no cash value.

  • are non-refundable.

  • cannot be used for retail purchases. services only.

  • expire after 5 years per NYS law.
