COVID-19 updates
The safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our #1 concern.
And it always has been. With the ongoing community spread of COVID-19, this has never been more imperative than right now. With that said, we are taking the following steps as we remain committed to this goal:
+ We are requiring all guests and staff who enter the spa to wear face masks over their nose and mouth as per the current New York State mandate. This is including all those who are fully vaccinated. If you are scheduled for a service that requires the exposure of your lower face (ie. facial, chin wax, etc.), you may remove your mask once you are in the room with your service provider. Upon exiting the service room, your mask must remain on.
+ We’ve adjusted our cleaning schedule in order to disinfect and sanitize our spaces more regularly. In addition to our regular cleaning and sanitization protocols, our service providers use disinfecting cleaners in between clients to wipe down all surfaces used during their last service performed. This includes service chairs, tools, etc. In addition, our team of receptionists regularly sanitize surfaces such as our doorknobs, checkout counter, and bathrooms to ensure that your entire visit from start to finish is met with the highest level of cleanliness possible.
+ We installed a UV Honeywell Light Filtration System to clean the air within our spa and reduce airborne odors, toxic chemical vapors, germs, and mold. Our filtration system kills viruses as well - every breath you take is pure in our spaces. (Thank you to our friend Michael J. Dalfonso with A2K HVAC for this amazing system!)
